Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. (Not including weekends, holidays, or sales.)
Make sure address is entered in correctly. If there are any issues contact customer service as soon as possible to make any changes. If we are unable to assist, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information provided.
We are not responsible for lost packages. If your package says it was delivered and you did not receive it, you have to contact the United States Post Office. Retail Room LA is not responsible for packages that were delivered incorrectly.
Pre-order items will have shipping delays due to the item being available at a later date.
